BACKGROUND of Jeffrey (Jeff) Donald Campbell
Jeffrey (Jeff) Donald Campbell is
the founder of J-Caminc.
Mr. Campbell grew up in a dairy family and has worked all his life
in the dairy and food industry. The Campbell family owned and
operated Brant Dairy in Brantford, Ontario, Canada for 72 years.
Through Jeff’s relentless efforts as vice president of sales and
marketing, Brant Dairy was able to obtain a 72% share of all milk
purchases in Brant County and expanded into other cities and
communities within southwestern Ontario. It was Jeff who had both
the vision and the plan for the business to grow. Jeff was the
driving force in relocating Brant Dairy from its location of 70
years to a larger facility with the capability to produce
30,000,000 litres of milk annually. Jeff prepared feasibility
studies for the new plant and followed through to completion,
including building construction and equipment procurements to
produce and package products. In addition, Jeff researched new
equipment, which initiated the development of new products. Brant
Dairy’s new facility, new products and increased sales were soon
recognized throughout the industry. This led to Brant Dairy being
pursued and subsequently sold to a major dairy. This life long
experience in turn brought about the birth of J-Caminc.
